Be Lifted Movement, Inc. provides free online spaces and free online discipleship communities to support the spiritual, intellectual, and physical development of all believers, including men, women, youth, and seniors.
Our discipleship ecosystem is structured around the 5 Pillars: Faith, Family, Fitness, Finances, and Fundamentals.
While Called & Capable serves as our premier free online discipleship community, we reserve the right to launch, manage, and scale separate, corresponding free online spaces and activities for each of the 5 Pillars under the Be Lifted Movement umbrella to fully express our mission of education and physical activities.
Our free online spaces are designed to provide relief, connection, and spiritual alignment for all participants. By participating in any of our free online discipleship communities, you agree to:
Respect your brothers and sisters in Christ. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, abuse, or divisive behavior.
Keep all personal sharing within our free 1-on-1 meetups or community discussions strictly confidential.
Use our free online spaces to share and network organically, without spamming, commercial pitching, or engaging in predatory marketing.
Be Lifted Movement, Inc. provides spiritual discipleship, peer mentoring, educational resources, and physical activity support.
Not Professional Advice: The spiritual alignment calls, community meetups, daily affirmations, and Sovereign Vision Reports provided through our Services are for educational, spiritual, and personal development purposes only.
Not Therapy or Licensed Counseling: Our discipleship leaders, mentors, and volunteers are holding space as peer guides. They do not provide licensed mental health counseling, medical treatment, physical therapy, legal counsel, or certified financial planning.
If you require professional clinical, medical, physical training therapy, or legal intervention, you agree to seek the services of a qualified, licensed professional.
To keep you connected to your upcoming meetups and alignment calls, we offer automated and personal text messaging (SMS) updates.
User Consent: By completing any of our public-facing sign-up forms (such as joining our free Called & Capable community or other free online spaces) and manually checking the consent box, you explicitly agree to receive SMS text messages, updates, and reminders from Be Lifted Movement, Inc.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your participation in our meetups and scheduled calls.
Rates: Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. Be Lifted Movement, Inc. is not responsible for any mobile carrier fees incurred by your participation.
Opt-Out (STOP): You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP in response to any text message you receive from us. Once we receive your "STOP" message, we will send you one final SMS to confirm you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you choose to opt-in again.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or proceedings arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Wichita Falls, Texas.
